Dimensional classification is carried out in the crushing stage by screens. These equipment are manufactured as single, double, or triple deck depending on the requirement. Each of the decks or mesh screens has smaller openings compared to the deck above it. The product obtained from the screens depends on the size of the screen mesh, which can be made of metal, woven mesh, punched, or polyurethane. A vibrating force is applied to the system through shafts installed eccentrically or factory-made vibrating motors, and this force causes the screen to vibrate and perform the grading of mineral materials in the best possible way.
