Feeder (Feeder)
A vital equipment for uniform and controlled feeding of processing lines
Feeder, or feeder, is one of the vital equipment in processing lines, which is usually installed before Jaw Crusher, hydrocone, or Belt Conveyor units entering the processing section. The main task of Feeder is to regulate the incoming feed and provide uniform feeding to the crushing equipment. By regulating the incoming feed through Feeder, power consumption caused by shocks to the machines and power supply system is reduced, and the wear costs of crusher parts are minimized. Additionally, uniform feeding leads to the optimization of the crushing process and consistency in the final product.
Types of Feeder
Feeder crushing line rollers are manufactured in different types depending on working conditions:
Feeder Grizzly
The most commonly used type of Feeder, which separates fine-grained materials from coarse-grained ones with angled rods and supplies the primary crusher feed.
Feeder Connecting Rod
With the reciprocating movement of the tray, it is used to transfer coarse and wet materials before primary crushers such as roll crushers.
Feeder Chain
It continuously transfers materials using a chain or rotating belt, and is used in the chemical, mining, and construction industries.
Feeder Vibrational
By creating controlled vibrations, it moves the parts uniformly and is widely used in the mining and chemical industries.
