Cone Crusher (Hydrocone)
Secondary crushing equipment with an advanced hydraulic system
This device is usually used as a secondary crushing equipment. The principle of the Cone Crusher for crushing minerals is the pressure generated between the fixed wall (concave) and its movable conical core (mantle). In such a way that the mantle, due to its off-axis deviation, continuously applies pressure to the minerals and performs the crushing operation.
The Hydrocone machine, due to its use of a hydraulic system, has the ability to automatically adjust for materials with different hardness levels and various gradations, which reduces damage to the machine and prevents it from getting stuck. Depending on the dimensions of the machine as well as the dimensions of the mantle and concave parts, the machine's capacity and the input and output gradation vary.
