Gyratory Crusher (Gyratory Crusher)
An ideal solution for high-capacity primary crushing
Mechanism and Function
Gyratory Crusher consists of a fixed conical body and a central core that has a gyratory motion (rotational movement around an axis that itself moves). The materials are crushed in the space between the fixed body (concave) and the moving core (mantle). This continuous movement ensures constant and uniform crushing operation.
Key Benefits
- **Very high capacity:** Ideal for large mines and factories that require high production power.
- **No need for Feeder:** Capability of direct feeding by truck, which reduces the cost of auxiliary equipment.
- **Proper crushing ratio:** With an average crushing ratio of 2.6, it produces a product with suitable dimensions for the next stages of production.
- **Low wear:** The optimized design of wear parts (mantle and concave) increases lifespan and reduces maintenance costs.
Main applications
- **Primary crusher:** Used as the main crusher in high-capacity processing lines (copper, iron, lead, and zinc mines).
- **Secondary Crushing:** Smaller models of this device can also be used as secondary crushers.
- **Sand and gravel production:** In construction material factories for producing the final coarse-grained product.
