Hydrosizer (Hydrosizer)

Precise classification and grading of minerals in the pulp phase

Performance and Structure

As its name suggests, Hydrosizer is used for classifying and grading raw materials that are in the form of pulp (a mixture of minerals and water). In the operation process of Hydrosizer, the pulp enters the equipment and then, by applying water pressure inside the device, the materials are divided into different grades based on their weight and heaviness.

Heavier materials move to the lower parts of the device, and lighter materials go to the upper part and eventually exit through the device's side channels. This process improves the quality of the materials and increases efficiency in subsequent processing stages.

Features and Benefits

  • **Increased efficiency:** Improving the distribution of materials based on particle size leads to increased efficiency of gravity processing equipment such as shaking tables and spirals.
  • **Precise control:** The ability to have precise control over the sizing of materials based on their size and weight.
  • **Quality Improvement:** Effective separation of materials leads to an improvement in the quality of the final product.
  • **Aeration system:** In some models, aeration pumps are used, which, along with water, carry out the classification process more precisely.
